Support your children at home

The school values the partnership in learning between child, parents/carers and school and is always looking for ways to help parents/carers know how to support their child's learning at home. Individual targets are sent home each term that reflect the next steps for the child. Parent  consultations are held each term and the annual Record of Achievement provides parents/carers with assessment information. Homework is differentiated to suit each child and parents are directed to an online maths resource to support their child's school learning at home each week. Gold books are sent home each term (showing a child's learning for a week) to provide  another 'window' to see each child's progress and next steps.

If you would like more information about your child's progress or would like to discuss any concerns you may have, please chat to us informally or arrange an appointment.

Links will be added below to other documents that will enable parents/carers to further support their children at home.
