School Development Plan

Leaders and Governors at St Peter and St Paul Church Primary School plan the areas for development each year. These are taken from a long term strategic plan which usually runs across three academic years.

The priorities are decided after undertaking monitoring, which involves a range of activities such as data analysis, learning walks (lesson observations and drop in's), book looks, subject audits, pupil voice and stakeholder feedback.
